The 5th session of the State Commission on Coordination of the events for the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide took place on January 29, 2015. The session was held by RA president Serzh Sargsyan. According to the official website of the State Commission on Coordination of the events for the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, after the promulgation ceremony of the Pan-Armenian Declaration on the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide the upcoming event program was represented and discussed.

According to the concept proposed by them, the events will be conditionally divided into four main directions – four pivots of commemoration.  These are: memory, gratitude, international fight, revival.
